ASH MACISAAC | OWNER | TATTOO ARTIST | ILLUSTRATOR
Ash (they/them) is a queer, trauma informed tattoo artist and the owner of Over the Moon Tattoo Studio. In 2017, they started tattooing after they graduated from Montserrat College of Art with a degree in Illustration. A life long artist who has always been interested in tattooing and body art, Ash feels happiest when they’re in their studio and chatting with their clients. They have a wide variety of interests and specialties which are ever changing, but their favorite things to tattoo currently are lady heads/busts, celestial themes, pop culture, horror/halloween, animals, and flowers/big floral pieces. Ash has a Gemini Sun, Virgo Moon, and Scorpio Rising. They’re an extravert who has an affinity for the moon, is a huge horror movie fan, and is always up for coffee & good conversation. When they aren't doing tattoos and creating designs for that purpose, they're watching movies with their partners, reading books / playing video games, and cuddling with their orange cat, Orville.
